Before I show you  simple stretching grow taller exercises, let me warn you that be determined and have a little patience. By doing these exercises you are creating a new habit for your body.

Here are simple grow taller stretching exercises

Exercise #1

Basic Leg Stretch - Sit down and make your spinal cord straight. Now spread your legs wide apart and try to reach your knee on one side and then the other. 

Make sue that you keep your knees straight and do not bend them. Also keep your spinal chord straight. 

Exercise #2

Touch Toes - Stand straight. Now take your both hands up as far as possible and then bend down to touch your toes. While doing this try to keep your legs as straight and stretched as possible. Try not to bend in your knees.
